Successful mostly as an in-joke film. If you like Kevin Smith, obviously you'll like this one. The DVD comes with a headspinning amount of extra footage. The extra scenes between the godlike Jon Stewart and Will Ferrell are worth the price of the DVD by themselves. Just about everyone from every Smith film shows up. Even directors of other movies are there. I kept waiting for Harvey Weinstein himself to appear, but to no avail. Not smart, but funny. This should not be the first Smith film you see. It's no CHASING AMY, but it's pretty good.
